Key Responsibilities
As an arenaflex Customer Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Connecting, repairing, and rearranging cable conductors to ensure seamless service delivery
- Reviewing and analyzing prints, diagrams, or schematic drawings to identify and resolve issues
- Splicing and waterproofing coverings to ensure the integrity of our network
- Repairing and maintaining outside plant facilities to ensure optimal service performance
- Climbing ladders and poles to access and maintain our network infrastructure
- Working outdoors in all kinds of weather to ensure that our customers receive uninterrupted service
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in telecommunications or a related field
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
