Key Responsibilities
As a Chat Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through live chats, emails, and phone calls. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally
- Promoting interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image at all times
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team
- Assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Email, chat, and phone customer service experience
- Strong technology skills, including proficiency in CRM software and chat platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
