Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing support and guidance on a wide range of technical issues. You will work closely with our technical teams, including our Solutions Architects and Sales and Account Managers, to resolve complex technical issues and provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support and guidance to clients on a wide range of technical issues, including big data and charging issues
- Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before they become major problems
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and guidance to clients on a wide range of technical issues, including big data and charging issues
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they become major problems

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with the latest technology trends and developments
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of cloud-based services and big data analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a cloud-based environment, including Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3
- Knowledge of big data analytics and data visualization tools
- Experience working with clients in a technical support role
- Certification in a related field, such as AWS or cloud computing
- Experience working in a team environment, including collaboration and communication with internal teams
