About the Role

We're seeking experienced Product Testers to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. As an In-Home Usage Tester, you'll have the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule, with guaranteed 15-25 hours per week, and earn a competitive hourly pay rate of $25-$45 per hour. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for those looking for flexible or seasonal work, temporary work, or part-time work.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Properly document In-Home Usage Tests: You'll be responsible for documenting your experiences with the products being tested, as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule. This may include taking screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, and more.
• Take care of the product being tested: You'll need to use the product responsibly and ensure it's properly cared for during the testing period.
• Follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule: You'll be provided with a detailed schedule for each product testing project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of the product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and more.
• Participate in private chat rooms: In some cases, you may be required to participate in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested.
• Write reviews as requested: You'll be asked to write reviews for each project as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule.
