As a Tier 1 Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about improving patient care and clinical workflows. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

As a Tier 1 Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to arenaflex's end-users, including physicians, nurses, and system administrators. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding incoming client communications via phone, chat, and our online customer portal
  • Helping end-users administer their arenaflex applications
  • Training end-users on how to use our phone, mobile, and web applications
  • Troubleshooting basic-to-advanced issues related to message delivery and/or message content
  • Collaborating with other arenaflex teams, including customer success, integration, and technical teams, on escalated technical issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing tasks
  • High customer empathy and exceptional customer service skills
  • Access to high-speed internet
  • Ability to work some holidays and weekends
  • Willingness to work evenings or overnights

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a technical support role, preferably in a healthcare or technology industry

  • Knowledge of clinical communications, scheduling, and patient engagement solutions
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in a technical support or customer service field
