Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Call Center Representative – Data Entry & Customer Service, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to patients and clients, while also handling data entry and administrative tasks. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer inquiries. Your strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Enter patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
- Investigate and resolve missing medication data, deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes) as needed
- Settle all data entry-related exceptions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Handle correspondence with patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages
- Settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis
- Resolve external outliers by surveying, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement requirements
- Settle phone decisions to safety net providers and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise settle the external outliers
- Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely
- Identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Essential level computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online
- Essential web browsing skills, including:
+ Opening a program + Composing URLs in the correct location + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online
- Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records)
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- 18 years old or older
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 1 year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment
- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy professional with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification office
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
- Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
