What You Will Do
As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer and technical support via calls, emails, and chats, ensuring that customers' issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Gathering required technical information to ensure resolution of complex cases, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless support experiences.
- Meeting team KPIs and ensuring customers' satisfaction, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
- Collaborating with our global team to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise, driving continuous improvement and excellence in customer support.
What You Need to Succeed in This Role
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Excellent German and English language skills (C1 level), with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both languages.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to work, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Independent work style, with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- A personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload).
Nice to Have
* Experience in customer support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, with the ability to navigate and utilize these tools to enhance customer support processes.
