Key Responsibilities

As a Sales and Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering world-class experiences to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Demonstrating a consultative and solutions-based sales approach to effectively implement our methodology
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment and meeting established sales targets
• Multi-tasking in various systems to ensure customers' transactions are completed quickly and accurately
• Positively influencing customers by proposing options and solutions
• Acting as an ambassador for our clients and providing their customers with a superior experience

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Exceptional multitasking skills with productivity tools such as MS Office and Microsoft Windows
• The ability to listen attentively, solve creatively, and create strong human connections
• Upbeat, self-motivated, and tenacious team player with the ability to work independently
• Stronger-than-average English language skills (verbal and written communication) that translate well across communication channels (i.e., Phone, Email, and SMS)

Job Types and Schedule
