Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Solutions Manager, you'll be responsible for leading large-scale cloud transformations and SaaS enablement projects for our most strategic ISV customers. You'll work closely with customer and arenaflex senior leadership to drive collaboration between core account groups, product/engineering teams, and customer teams. Your expertise will help translate strategic objectives into executable actions, ensuring our customers achieve success with proper program management, change management, and post-migration/modernization stability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead large-scale cloud transformations and SaaS enablement projects for strategic ISV customers
- Collaborate with customer and arenaflex senior leadership to drive collaboration between core account groups, product/engineering teams, and customer teams
- Translate strategic objectives into executable actions, ensuring customer success with proper program management, change management, and post-migration/modernization stability
- Develop and execute enablement plans, design thinking innovation workshops, innovation hackathons, Executive Briefing Sessions, and go-live events to drive customer success
- Proactively help solve customer challenges through new ideas, tools, and mechanisms
- Evangelize arenaflex services and influence customers to adopt them
- Drive innovation and deliver exceptional customer experiences by deploying arenaflex solutions
Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience
- 5+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience
- Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects or similar
- Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams
- Experience working at or consulting for a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business

* Experience transforming a software company from a traditional software license business model to a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model
- Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong technical background, with expertise in cloud computing, SaaS, and software engineering
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams
- Exemplary communication skills, with the ability to engage with customer executives, technologists, and partners
