Supporting arenaflex's Digital Savings Proposition

We're looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering a first-class client experience in a demanding environment, supporting clients placing retail deposits with the bank. As a Digital Savings Operations Live Chat Casual Worker, you will be the first point of contact for prospects, clients, and clients with servicing needs, using Live Chat functionality to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Savings Operations Live Chat Casual Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Live Chat agent: using Live Chat functionality to service clients daily, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service
  • Identifying clients who are in vulnerable situations and helping to figure out how we can support them
  • Proactively spotting patterns in client frustrations or needs, identifying areas for process improvement, and suggesting updates to tools or products
  • Identifying and logging client complaints, ensuring clients are treated fairly and can share their thoughts and concerns
  • Collaborating with team members to tailor and enhance our products, resources, and services to add value to our clients

Training and Support

To ensure your success, you will receive comprehensive training for your first month, consisting of 2 days per week, Monday-Friday, 09:30-16:30, at our Gresham Street, London office. This training will cover the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Regulatory knowledge as applicable to the role
  • To act with integrity at all times and embrace the philosophy of treating our customers fairly
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience dealing directly with clients and maintaining client relationships, within a service or sales environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Good listening skills
  • Previous experience in a Live Chat/Customer Service role
  • Friendly and client-focused

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following attributes would be highly beneficial:

  • A passionate and energetic service mindset
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role

Work Environment and Culture

As a Digital Savings Operations Live Chat Casual Worker, you will work remotely from the comfort of your own home, with a minimum of 8 hours per week. You will also spend 4 days per week in our office, collaborating with your team and contributing to our dynamic culture.
