Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our high-level investigation, content development group. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will apply advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions, investigate client behavior, and anticipate content engagement. You will work closely with our content team to develop and implement data-driven strategies that enhance our content portfolio, marketing, and delivery system.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions
- Investigate client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Anticipate content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance content launch and episode release methodologies
- Test marketing methodologies to improve engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
- Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI procedures
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python programming languages
- Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to tackle complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- Experience in agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
