Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team, responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various data sets used for information/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll gain a deep understanding of key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sets used for information/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions.
• Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Develop and communicate results to a wide range of audiences, from business stakeholders to executive leadership.
• Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the board.
• Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation.
• Guide less senior staff and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Regularly present to executive leadership and other stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics.
• Five (5) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business acumen, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis.
• Proficiency in analysis software and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry.
• Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis.
