Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers in a warm and friendly manner, either over the phone or in person
- Acting as the company gatekeeper, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one
- Fostering and maintaining relationships with customers to improve retention rates and drive loyalty
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries, whether by phone, email, or in person
- Providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Performing general CSR functions, including receiving inquiries, providing pricing quotations, entering and modifying customer orders, and acknowledging purchase orders
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including incoming and outgoing calls and emails
- Following up on customer inquiries and sales leads to ensure timely resolution and conversion
- Assisting with general office tasks, such as typing correspondence and quotations, filing, and performing order entry and invoicing functions
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in phone and email communication
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- A positive and service-oriented attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service-related role
- Proven customer support experience, with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of situations
