Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers in a warm and friendly manner, either over the phone or in person
  • Acting as the company gatekeeper, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one
  • Fostering and maintaining relationships with customers to improve retention rates and drive loyalty
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, whether by phone, email, or in person
  • Providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Performing general CSR functions, including receiving inquiries, providing pricing quotations, entering and modifying customer orders, and acknowledging purchase orders
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including incoming and outgoing calls and emails
  • Following up on customer inquiries and sales leads to ensure timely resolution and conversion
  • Assisting with general office tasks, such as typing correspondence and quotations, filing, and performing order entry and invoicing functions

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in phone and email communication
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • A positive and service-oriented attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service-related role
  • Proven customer support experience, with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
