Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email. You'll have the opportunity to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, on live chat, and through email
  • Utilize knowledge of lighting products and industry trends to make informed recommendations and suggestions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product information to ensure accurate and informed responses
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction ratings and sales goals

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the lighting industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of lighting products and industry trends
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with sales and commission-based environments
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period

  • Quarterly bonus and commissions on product sales
  • Flexible full-time schedules available during customer service hours of 8 am - 6 pm, Monday through Friday
