Job Summary:

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll work on a part-time schedule (30 hours) with two shifts available: 9:00AM - 3:00PM and 2:00PM - 8:00PM. You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data from various sources into our computer databases and software systems. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team will be essential in ensuring the success of this role.

Responsibilities:

* Data Entry: Enter data from various sources, such as paper documents, forms, spreadsheets, or digital records, into computer databases or software systems.

  • Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data entered by verifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies.
  • Data Verification: Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and guidelines.
  • Data Maintenance: Update and maintain existing databases by adding, editing, or deleting records as necessary.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity and consistency across databases.
  • Data Security: Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information while handling data.
  • Reporting: Generate reports or summaries from databases as requested by management or team members.
  • Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet data entry deadlines and targets, especially in high-volume data entry positions.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with data entry software, spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel), and other relevant tools.
  • Communication: Collaborate with other team members or departments to resolve data-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval and reference.
