Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Senior Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for operating data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations. This is a full-time position that requires 40 hours of work per week, with the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on business need. Responsibilities As a Senior Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include: * Operating data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases * Ensuring data entry is completed in a timely and efficient manner * Collaborating with other teams to resolve data entry issues and discrepancies * Participating in on-the-job training to learn new systems and applications * Working independently with minimal supervision, with occasional guidance and support from senior team members Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience * At least 1 year of experience working in customer service * Experience with AS400 and computer and Windows PC applications * Experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook * Ability to work during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm CST, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on business need * Reside within the State of TX * Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable) * Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy * Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service Soft Skills To thrive in this role, you'll need: * Ability to remain focused and productive each day, despite tasks that may be repetitive * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Benefits As a Senior Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion arenaflex is committed to creating a healthier atmosphere by fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of our organization.
