Key Responsibilities
As a Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing inbound communications via phone, email, and other channels, responding in a friendly and professional manner.
- Providing precise information regarding loan products, terms, conditions, and application processes.
- Assisting clients through the loan application journey, clarifying required documentation and next steps.
- Addressing and resolving client issues or concerns related to their loan accounts, payments, and transactions.
- Ensuring effective follow-up on customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Documenting client interactions accurately within arenaflex's CRM system.
- Collaborating with loan officers and team members to deliver seamless customer service and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within loan services, banking, or financial services.
