Experienced Senior Data Entry Specialist – Remote, Part-Time Opportunity at arenaflex

Our rapidly growing retail media arm, CVS Media Trade (CMX), is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a remote, part-time opportunity, this role offers the flexibility to work from home while earning a competitive hourly rate of $21. As a Senior Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in driving information-driven dynamic interactions with cross-functional partners, including Product, Marketing, Sales, Projects, Data Designing, and Data Science. Your meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in data entry will enable you to extract valuable insights from various sources, creating strong reports that inform business decisions at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Information Extraction:
Identify and extract relevant information from diverse sources, consolidating it into comprehensive reports that provide actionable insights.
Information Perception and Revealing:
Develop visually appealing and intuitive dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders, ensuring precision and clarity in data presentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection, storage, and analysis processes, providing expertise and guidance on data-related initiatives and projects.
Information Quality Assurance and Integrity:
Execute thorough quality assurance cycles to maintain the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data used for reporting and decision-making, identifying potential issues and recommending corrective actions.
Essential Qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience in SQL with Large Query or similar platforms
- 4+ years of experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms
- 4+ years of experience in leading data analysis and interpretation
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
* Understanding and experience working with digital media tech stack
- Familiarity with DMPs/DSPs/SSPs/Google Cloud Platform/Adobe Marketing Cloud
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across functional areas
Education:
* Four-year degree in relevant fields or HS Diploma and 4 years of experience required
