Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Working with large, complex datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and inform critical business decisions
• Developing data visualizations to communicate insights and drive business outcomes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges
• Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting and data manipulation tasks
• Documenting your processes and sharing your expertise with colleagues to drive knowledge sharing and growth

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manage complex data from multiple sources while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience)
• Creativity and a user experience focus to develop impactful Tableau dashboards (1-2 years of experience)
• Business operations fluency, with the ability to recognize and address business problems (Supply Chain background with transportation experience a plus)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau

• Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages
• Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
