Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to and resolve inbound customer requests related to arenaflex products and services in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service, building and retaining relationships with customers to differentiate arenaflex from competitors
  • Identify customer concerns or needs, resolve the inquiry or recommend the best solution, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Partner with other departments to reach mutually satisfactory resolutions of customer issues and identify processes or procedures that can be improved
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the role
  • Perform general clerical duties, operate various departmental equipment, and handle detail work as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum of one year of banking or financial services experience in a customer service role (previous contact center experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers and employees, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, web browsers, and operating systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the role

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools

  • Knowledge of banking products and services, including deposit, loan, and digital banking services
