Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science) preferred.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with database management systems (e.g., Access, SQL); strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Certifications: Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA) certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

* Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science).

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field.
  • Skills: Experience with data analysis software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); knowledge of data visualization techniques.
  • Certifications: Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Business Intelligence Analyst (CBIA) certification preferred.
