What You Will Be Doing

  • Troubleshooting common issues and guiding customers through troubleshooting steps
  • Escalating complex issues to senior support agents or management as needed
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve product experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate and informed support

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of 10+ hours per week
