What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customers' issues
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A computer-savvy individual with experience using various software applications
The Equipment You'll Need
To perform your duties effectively, you'll need:
- A reliable internet connection with a speed of at least 15 Mbps (hardwired direct connection to your home router is recommended)
- A USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets are not permitted)
- A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in

You'll report to a Team Lead, who will provide guidance and support to ensure your success in the role. You'll contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team.
