Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring our clients receive the support they need to succeed on their health journey. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling daily phone, chat, and email customer service requests originating from customers and teammates
  • Communicating promptly and effectively to resolve client inquiries and concerns
  • Answering basic client questions about nutrition, health, fitness, and the DEXA technology
  • Assisting event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as well as internal triaging of issues
  • Collaborating with the Remote Health Team to resolve complex client issues and provide exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous, extensive Customer Service experience required
  • Passion for health and wellness is a must!
  • Strong knowledge of CX KPIs and processes
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platform
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

This is a 5-day a week fully remote position with the following scheduled hours:

  • Sunday and Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST
  • Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST
  • First two weeks of training will be Monday to Friday
  • Sundays are mandatory
  • Wednesdays and Saturdays off
  • Schedule is subject to change to accommodate business needs (ample notice provided)

Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our Remote Health Team, you can expect:

  • Expected first-year compensation at over $22/hour or $45,760 annually, including monthly bonuses
  • Starting base rate for this role is $22/hour
  • Full-time team members receive $500 per month in team bonuses if we hit our monthly team revenue and individual performance goals
  • All team members, regardless of status or position, are eligible for stock option grants, which are awarded based on performance annually
  • We expect both hourly and bonus compensation to grow as the company grows
  • All base wages are adjusted for inflation and cost of living changes
