Job Summary

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Professional at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations team by performing a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, report compilation, and office clerical duties. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient data management, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Perform day-to-day data entry transactions, including entering work orders into systems, assembling reports, and reconciling reports

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and communicating with various departments
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software to perform tasks and complete projects
  • Perform other administrative tasks, including filing, copying, faxing, and reconciling, as assigned by management
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless communication, efficient data management, and exceptional customer service

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in data entry (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment

  • 1 year of office clerk experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high-quality records and reports
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with industry-specific software and systems

  • Experience in recycling or a related field
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently

Physical Demands

* Ability to organize various office systems through adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, or folding for the purpose of proper records development and/or management

  • Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation
  • Ability to bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
