Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through various communication channels, including email, phone, and online chat. Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers through email, phone, and online chat to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchange requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues through effective problem-solving and conflict resolution techniques
- Update customer information and order status regularly, maintaining accurate records in our customer database
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth processing of orders and customer needs

Essential Qualifications
* High school degree or equivalent required; relevant work experience preferred
- Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with e-commerce customer service operations and policies, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively handle customer issues and complaints
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with Amazon platform operations and policies, with a strong understanding of e-commerce customer service principles and practices
- Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
- Experience working with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
