Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Sales Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Advertising shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our user-friendly software
- Responding to customer inquiries via chat and following up with them to encourage them to place an order
- Closing sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system
- Handling customer phone calls or assigning leads to our closers to help close deals
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that all customer interactions are professional and courteous
Pay and Benefits
As a commission-only position, you'll have the opportunity to earn a great income based on your sales performance. Our top agents sell 60-80 containers monthly, earning an average of $12,000 to $16,000 in commission. To achieve this level of success, you'll need to be active on Facebook and have a solid algorithm to generate at least 20 daily leads on Facebook Marketplace.
