Key Responsibilities
As a CRM Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key areas:
- CRM Strategy Development: Own the CRM strategy for all US Local Markets consumer experiments and campaigns, determining channels and send cadence. Create the strategy and framework for rapid testing in CRM channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end development and execution of email, push, and in-app campaigns, including:
+ Requesting campaign assets and reviewing copy and design + Launching campaigns and tracking performance + Identifying areas for improvement and optimizing engagement metrics through A/B testing and CRM team insights
- Data Management: Pull lists from Snowflake using SQL and upload audiences to marketing platforms, ensuring accurate and timely data management.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track initiatives, report progress to the team, and identify next steps from campaign learnings. Understand campaign performance against current benchmarks and investigate performance inconsistencies to ensure optimal scale and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including Strategy & Operations, Merchant account relationship managers, Analytics, and Product teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay current on marketing best practices in email and push notifications, CRM operations, and best practices within Cx Retention teams, sharing learnings and insights regularly.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree
in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years
of experience in CRM, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on campaign management and data analysis
Proven track record
of developing and executing successful CRM strategies and campaigns
Strong understanding
of marketing best practices, including email and push notifications, CRM operations, and Cx Retention strategies
Excellent communication
and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency
in SQL and data management tools, such as Snowflake and marketing platforms
Analytical skills
, with the ability to track and analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree

Experience
