Job Summary

As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, you'll leverage your call center experience, customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail to deliver a positive customer experience. You'll enjoy building relationships with customers, adapting quickly to change, and demonstrating grit that inspires others to strive for superior results. This is a 100% remote opportunity, and we're looking for a US Citizen or Green Card Holder to join our team.

Schedule

Our project operates on a full-time schedule with 8-hour shifts, ranging between 7:45 am and 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule and work from the comfort of your own home.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound phone calls and assisting customers with their questions, providing outstanding customer service
  • Recognizing and following call flows with scripts
  • Researching, reviewing, and relaying information to customers
  • Researching information using multiple systems
  • Identifying and escalating appropriate issues
  • Clearly documenting call information and encounters in call logs
  • Recognizing and alerting management of risk and trends
  • Quickly transitioning from one task to another
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Adhering to scheduled tasks

Basic Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Fluency in English
  • 2 years of call center environment experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Data entry experience
  • Listening, verbal, and written communication experience
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) experience

Work From Home Requirements

As a remote worker, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Connect to a modem/router with a provided Ethernet cord
  • Internet access sufficient to handle calls received via the Internet
  • A quiet and private remote work location
  • Reside and work at the address provided (no coffee shops, friend's houses, etc.)

Bonus Points If You Have

If you have experience working virtually, meeting key metrics including average call handle times, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction scores, or working with multiple monitors, you'll have a competitive edge in this role. Additionally, former transaction processing experience is a plus.
