Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Team Leaders to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer service to our customers, stores, and associates. As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for encouraging excellent customer service, assisting agents with technology and professional communication, and building rapport within your team. You'll also be responsible for upholding service level metrics and exceeding customer needs.

Essential Job Functions

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and service level metrics

  • Provide coaching and guidance to agents on technology, communication, and customer service skills
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure arenaflex remains a leader in customer service

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service or leadership role

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, agents, and other teams
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction
  • Experience with technology and professional communication, including CRM software and customer service platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in a customer service or leadership role

  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
