Responsibilities:

As an IT Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

Data Entry and Verification:

Accurately enter, update, and verify data in our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure.

Technical Support:

Provide exceptional technical support to our clients, resolving complex issues related to computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Client Communication:

Communicate with clients via phone, email, or remote access to discuss technical issues, provide solutions, and ensure that clients are satisfied with the level of service they receive.

Troubleshooting:

Investigate and resolve technical issues by gathering information, researching solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems.

Site Visits:

Conduct site visits to investigate technical issues, install or update equipment and software, and provide on-site support to clients.

Follow-up:

Conduct follow-up with clients to ensure that issues have been resolved to their satisfaction and to gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Service Orders:

Complete service orders in a timely manner to ensure that technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

Technical Background:

A strong background in computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Customer Service:

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients.

Data Entry:

Strong data entry skills, with the ability to accurately enter, update, and verify data in our systems.

Communication:

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and management.

Problem-Solving:

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Windows:

Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, including client/server environments.

Cisco VPN:

Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, and other remote access technologies.

Internet Browsers:

Familiarity with various internet browsers, including dynamic catalog and other web-based applications.

Technical Certifications:

Relevant technical certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA.
