Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 6-month contract basis, with the potential for extension. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer care to our clients, resolving complex issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. You'll work from home, enjoying the flexibility and comfort of a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer care to clients, resolving complex issues, and ensuring a seamless experience
- Handling high call volumes, navigating complex healthcare and pharmacy-related issues
- Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Accurately documenting and recording customer/client information
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Adhering to attendance policies, working flexible shifts, and maintaining a quiet workspace free from distractions
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
- Proficiency in computer software navigation, including dual screens and 24/7 call center software
- Ability to handle complex calls, think critically, and solve problems effectively
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
- Bi-lingual skills in Hmong, Spanish, or Mien are preferred

Compensation and Benefits
