The Role We are currently recruiting for a French speaking Customer Support agent to join our shared team. The successful candidate must also be fluent in spoken English. As a Part Time Weekend Customer Service Agent - French, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient support to customers across various channels, including call, email, chat, WhatsApp, letter, and social media. Key Responsibilities * Respond to all customer enquires within given timescales, efficiently and effectively * Develop and maintain a full knowledge of client products and services * Recognise when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff * Deal with all correspondence as requested/required * Log all calls accurately and in line with procedure * Maintain and update all administration * Consult product manuals to advise customers of appropriate options/solutions * Meet minimum monitoring criteria * Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets What We Offer * A competitive benefit package, including: + Part-time position with 15 hours per week + Saturday and Sunday shifts between 8:30am and 11pm + Learning and Development courses to enhance your skills and knowledge + Career opportunities within the account + Monthly incentives to recognize your hard work and dedication * A dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth * Opportunities to work with diverse clients and develop your expertise in customer service Requirements * Fluency in English and French * Experience of or aptitude for Customer Service * Good organisational skills * A minimum of 20 wpm on a keyboard * A working knowledge of MS Word / Excel * Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in all situations * Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure in order to achieve deadlines * ECDL qualification an advantage Work Schedule * Saturday and Sunday shifts, 7.5 hours per day, between 8:30am and 11pm * Mostly day shifts, with some flexibility to work evening shifts as required * First two weeks of training will require full-time Monday to Friday shifts Why Join arenaflex?
