Key Responsibilities

As a Payment Collection Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection issues
  • Providing knowledgeable and empathetic responses to customer inquiries, using scripted customer feedback to ensure consistency and quality
  • Collaborating with managers to receive feedback and guidance on improving performance
  • Maintaining accurate customer notes and records using a standard keyboard

Essential Qualifications

* Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Ability to quickly and accurately type customer notes on a standard keyboard

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in retail, sales, or wait staff roles, with a background in customer service

  • Familiarity with payment collection processes and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
