Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with callers who have expressed interest in potentially qualifying for compensation, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities:

* Connect with callers through an automated dialer and engage in high-volume conversations, resulting in speaking to 40-50 callers a day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation.

  • Multitask by listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals.
  • Accurately utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts appropriately.
  • Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with other projects as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues independently.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

* Achieve a minimum of 80% customer satisfaction rating.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and CRM management.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

* Must reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey.

  • Must have a quiet, distraction-free space to work.
  • A reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with the following specifications:

+ 8GB of RAM. + 20 GB of free storage. + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU.

  • High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet).
  • Reliable noise-cancellation headset that is wired via USB (ex. gaming headset with mic/ Logitech G432) (average price is $20-$30).
  • Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused experience.
  • 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is not for you if:

* You cannot troubleshoot basic technical issues.

  • You are unable to work 40+ hours per week, each week.
  • You cannot imagine handling 350+ calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or hang-ups until you are connected with a viable caller.
  • You are unable to use problem-solving skills.
  • You are unable to work the full training period (90 days).
  • You are unable to work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments, etc. during earned vacation days or outside business hours.

Hours of Operation:

* A full-time schedule of 40 hours a week from the following hours: + Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern. + Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.

  • Training Schedule will be Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.
