Job Duties and Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving English inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Placing outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to resolve issues and provide support
  • Answering questions from English customers and forwarding messages to clients as needed
  • Meeting Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to effectively interact with customers and clients
  • Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • English language proficiency required for this position
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objectives
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced professional working environment
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Goal-oriented with professional work ethics, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Reliable transportation, as occasional travel to arenaflex offices may be required
  • Previous Customer Service experience, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (Preferred)

Work-from-Home Requirements:

To ensure a productive and distraction-free work environment, you will need:

  • A PC or Laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible)
  • A hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable)
  • A USB-connected Headset
  • A Webcam
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, including pets and children
