Responsibilities
As a Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound phone calls and responding to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Performing outbound calls with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Creating service tickets and scheduling appointments accurately to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Reviewing customer account information to provide personalized support and recommendations
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex's products and services to provide expert advice and guidance
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Excellent email handling skills, with the ability to manage multiple inboxes and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Strong customer service focus, with the ability to empathize with customers and prioritize their needs
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Solid sales acumen, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Determination to succeed, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow
- Personal accountability, with a focus on taking ownership of your work and delivering results
- Contact Center background, with experience in a similar role or industry
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
