Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Growth Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for selling and executing promotions, securing placement of equipment, and using point-of-sale (POS) materials to grow sales. You will also transport and replace POS advertising and inventory levels, restock and build displays, sections, and racks, and maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day. Key Responsibilities

* Sell and execute promotions to grow sales and secure placement of equipment

• Use point-of-sale (POS) materials to grow sales and transport and replace POS advertising and inventory levels
• Restock and build displays, sections, and racks, keeping them in an aligned manner with labels facing outward, rotating products to ensure that stores follow a first-in-first-out stocking system within retail accounts
• Maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day
• Support the team as a retail sales representative, responsible for conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the beverage industry or a related field

• Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management
• Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
