Key Responsibilities:
As a Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist – Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing arenaflex's remedy information entry methods and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into the appropriate system.
- Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing.
- Investigating to obtain missing medication data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving all data entry-related exceptions.
- Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and making outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis.
- Resolving external exceptions by researching, gathering data, making amendments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements.
- Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and at other locations, and recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
- Acquiring a dynamic professional license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintaining a current professional license or certification.
Essential Capabilities:
* Essential level computer skills, including: + Starting and closing the computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online
- Fundamental web search skills, including:
+ Opening a browser + Composing URLs in the correct field + Using a search engine + Bookmarking a webpage + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online
- Transitional level keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at least 25 WPM + Typing by memory + Arranging reports
- Effective communication skills, including:
+ Writing clearly and concisely + Speaking clearly and professionally
Preferred Capabilities:
* At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
- Transitional to advanced level keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at least 35 WPM + Typing by memory + Arranging documents
- Familiarity with Spanish and English.
