Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from clients, stores, and partners
- Utilize various tools and resources to resolve issues and answer questions
- Communicate effectively with clients in a conversational manner while using all suitable assets to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide expert-level support to clients, stores, and partners while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective completion of required training
- Customer support experience (previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to type at least 25 WPM
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
