Job Summary
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing real-time, hands-on support to customers in our delivery stations. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and email to resolve issues and provide accurate information about their packages.
* Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding arenaflex values and respecting every customer.
* Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses.
* Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome.
* Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer.
* Work a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
Essential Qualifications
* High School or equivalent diploma
* Previous experience in Customer Service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and resolving customer issues.
* Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer expectations.
* Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook.
* Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience.
* Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators.
* Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
