Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative – Inbound Call Center, you will be responsible for receiving calls from child support client stakeholders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and categorizing calls in one of the provided categories
• Recording abusive and/or extraordinary calls
• Maintaining a general understanding of policies and procedures
• Possessing strong oral and written communication skills
• Being knowledgeable in modern office practices, procedures, and equipment
• Exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy
• Performing data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
• Typing a minimum of 35 WPM (a typing test will be administered during the interview process)
• Having basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Being bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)

Requirements

To qualify for this Virtual/Remote Work from Home position, you will need to have:

• A quiet and distraction-free place in your home to work at a desk/table
• A reliable, high-speed internet connection with at least 50 mbps download speed (cable or fiber)
• A smartphone with Android OS or iPhone for user authentication

Training and Support

Our self-directed training program allows you to read the materials and complete the training modules at your own pace. Throughout the process, you'll have periodic meetings with your Supervisor to discuss your progress, address any questions, and receive guidance. This approach ensures you have the flexibility to learn independently while still benefiting from regular support and feedback.

Compensation and Benefits

* Pay rate: $14.00/hr

• Full-time day shifts only (between 7am CST and 10pm CST)
• At least 1 weekend day
• Must reside in one of the following states for consideration: AL, FL, GA, KS, MO, NC, SC, OH, TN, TX, WV
