Key Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities as an Experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex may include:
- Receiving and processing customer orders, including selecting, packing, and shipping products
- Managing inventory levels, including receiving and putting away stock
- Using scanners to read bar codes on products and tracking inventory
- Troubleshooting problems and ensuring product quality meets arenaflex standards
- Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and working at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)
- Lifting up to 49 pounds, pushing utility carts up to 60 pounds, and standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts
- Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Going up and down stairs (where applicable) and working at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
- Adhering to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards

Work Environment
Our warehouse is climate-controlled, but temperatures can vary between 60 F and 90 F in some areas. On hot days, temperatures can be over 90 F in the truck yard or inside trailers. We also provide hearing protection if you need it, as the noise level can be high at times.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Ability to work at heights up to 35 feet and operate power industrial trucks (PIT)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or customer service environment preferred
