This is a full-cycle recruiting role offering uncapped commission and significant earning potential for high performers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top healthcare talent Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to placement Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to drive referrals and repeat placements Stay actively engaged with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience Performance Expectations Minimum of 2 candidate submissions/presentations per day Minimum of 3 placements per month Qualifications Proven experience in agency healthcare recruiting (required) Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented mindset Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); familiarity with LOXO is a plus Clinical background (RN or Allied Health) with recruiting experience is a plus, but not required Compensation 100% commission-based structure Uncapped earning potential Additional commission opportunities for business development and client acquisition Why This Role Stands Out True performance-based earnings no ceiling on income High-growth environment with strong placement potential Opportunity to build a personal book of business and a long-term career in recruiting Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
