Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our customers' expectations. You'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all arenaflex customers, primarily through phone and email. You'll utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all arenaflex customers, primarily through phone and email
- Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
- Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to research and resolve complex customer issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work a flexible reduced hour schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
- Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation
