Job Summary
As a Full Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for arranging sports events packages, concerts, theatre, theme parks, tours, excursions, and other travel experiences for our clients. You'll work closely with customers to determine their needs and preferences, plan and arrange event packages, and book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, and honeymoons. Key Responsibilities
* Arrange sports events packages, concerts, theatre, theme parks, tours, excursions for families, couples, singles, businesses, and more
- Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans
- Plan and arrange event packages
- Book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers

* Must be 18+
- USA and Mexico residents preferred
- Computer or smartphone required

Essential Qualifications
