Responsibilities
As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns with accuracy, concision, and professionalism.
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.
- Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs.
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Promoting interest in arenaflex's products and services through proactive communication and engagement.
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image through all interactions, both written and verbal.
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team as needed.
- Assisting with overflow work and other duties as required to ensure seamless customer support.
Key Skills and Qualifications
