Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch customer support to our clients via live chat on their websites and social media accounts. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a wide range of queries and providing timely, accurate, and friendly responses. Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on websites and social media accounts

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate, and friendly manner
  • Provide solutions to customer problems and concerns
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • 10+ hours availability per week
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced customer support environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with live chat software and social media platforms
  • Certification in customer support or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
