The Job
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our subscribers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Entering data into our database with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborating with our customer support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
- Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide informed and helpful support to our subscribers
