Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing patient data, prescriptions, and other related information. You will also provide exceptional customer service to our patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process patient data, prescriptions, and other related information

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient data entry processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, prescriptions, and other related data
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's policies, procedures, and systems
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in data entry and customer service

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field

• Current licensure as a pharmacist in the states within the region
• Experience performing solution dispensing exercises that demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant state and federal controlled substance regulations
• Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance

• Strong understanding of data entry software and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
